I first started taking photography seriously in 2015, now I can't go a moment without it consuming my thoughts. I like to think of it as a healthy obsession. I love the fact it gives me an excuse to explore the outdoors and chase beautiful moments that nature presents. The sense of isolation and freedom that nature offers is priceless, it's very contagious and rewarding. Speaking of rewarding, to me there is no greater feeling than capturing a fantastic image and knowing I have a digital memory of this moment that I can look back on for years to come. If you are reading up until this point I'm sure we most likely share the same values and I look forward to sharing many more of my images with you in the future. My artistic approach to landscape photography is to capture perfect moments of time and create visually pleasing art.

Picking up a camera has changed my life for the better. I learnt the art of landscape photography by researching and studying the most influential landscape photographers globally and around South Australia. I am self-taught and have learnt from the best method, trial and error. My first real passion was bird photography, now I chase the weather and light. I am blessed to be an Adelaide landscape photographer.

Life outside photography

I was born and raised in a small town of New Zealand called Wanganui. Now I live in Adelaide, South Australia with my beautiful Girlfriend. South Australia has an amazing coastline that I am very fortunate to have in my backyard. Outside of photography I enjoy staying fit and healthy. I play hockey and very much enjoy combat sports. I have a pet bird named Sammy that means the world to me and we have a bond that can't be broken. I can't think of much else about myself because now my life seems to revolve around photography, thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me on a personal level.

Specialising in landscape photography based in Adelaide, South Australia. Bradley Newell produces limited edition fine art prints,  focusing on coastal and inland environments.
